Opened in October 2005 by Debbie Neale and Melanie Fairman, the Blue Ball has quickly established itself as Tenby’s premier dining experience.
Deb and Mel have nearly 40 years’ cheffing experience between them, having worked in St. Davids’ Warpool Court, at the acclaimed Evesham Hotel, and most recently gaining an enviable reputation at Saundersfoot’s Swallow Tree Gardens.
The Blue Ball sources the finest local ingredients wherever possible, using long established local meat, fish and vegetable suppliers. Deb & Mel strongly believe in supporting local producers. This is evident all year round, but probably no more so than with the abundance of seafood straight up from Tenby harbour – caught fresh in the morning and on your plate that afternoon!
